Member's Agreement & Terms Of Service

§ 1.0 - Account Setup & P.I.I.

In order to establish a new membership, you must supply the following information:

• Complete First & Last Name. These must be your actual name; and not handles, pen names or others. IE: Donald Duck or Mickey Mouse
• A valid e-mail account
• A User Identification (UID)
• A Password. This should be a unique set of numbers, letters and charictors. You can & should also change the case (caps) on some of the letters.
• The correct country that you live in.

If you are 13 years old or younger, we will require additional information, and permission for you to access this site by your parents or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to question and require proof of identity for any accounts that appear suspicious; either in name, e-mail address or country of origin. We also reserve the right to delete any account at any time that appears to be fake, or designed to perpetrate any kind of fraud to either the site itself, or our members.

We will keep records of all accounts applied for on our site. Such records will include, but not limited to: name, e-mail account, IP Address. Any attempt to commit fraud, will have your account closed; and your e-mail and IP addresses blockd. Additionally, we may also report you to your ISP for further legal action.

When you become a Member, we do NOT sell, rent or otherwise give out any of your submitted personal information for any reason; except where mandated by proper courts of jurisdiction or other law enforcement entities with proper authority.

Should we be required to forward your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to any of the previous mentioned authorities; we will notify you of such an event: and provide the following information to you:

• The date the request was made
• The date the information was sent
• The governing body, law enforcement agency or judicial authority requesting your information
• And the information that was requested and sent to such authority

• You agree that the e-mail address used to sign up for service on this site is listed or registered in your own name; or that you have the permission and authority to transact business with the e-mail address should it belong to another person or entity.
• You also agree that the e-mail address you provide to us is a working e-mail address, and that it is not a catch all account that will fill up and bounce emails back to us.
• You agree that your e-mail address does not use auto-responders; and that the account is monitored. We may, from time to time, send an e-mail that will require a response in order to keep your account in good standing (all account levels).
• You further understand that should emails sent to you bounce back to us (returned undeliverable), you understand and accept that we may, at our option, delete your account without further recource. If that should happen, any credits; banners; sites; links or memberships will also be canceled. If you have paid for additional advertising separate from your account: said ad(s) will continue untouched according to the terms set forth in for the particular ad information page.

• We will never SPAM you. By signing up and continuing a membership here, you agree to receive periodic e-mails from us.
• We will send two types of e-mails: General & Personal. General e-mails are sent to all of our members; where as Personal e-mails are sent specifically to you or a specific group of people
• General e-mails will normally occur only once per week (usually on Sunday/Monday): but we may need to send more often if there is a pressing need to do so.
• Personal e-mails will only be sent as needed...but not more than once a day, unless we are working on a trouble ticket or other such pressing matter that requires more frequent communication.

Additionally, you agree that you will ONLY email your Direct Referrals once per week; and that you will NEVER send material that may be offensive (including SPAM...see below) to them. If you do, then we may (at our option) delete your account, with no refunds for any monies paid.

We do not tolerate any form of spam on or off of this site. Anyone caught or accused of sending spam, will have their account suspended pending our investigation. If it has been found that you were spamming, your membership will be canceled; your IP & e-mail will be blocked; and any credits earned or monies paid for advertising will be lost: without reimbursement.

Because we take such a strong stance against spam; please think twice before doing so. If you are unsure as to what constitutes spam, please visit the following sites for more information.

You may only hold one account: as there really is no need to have more than one anyways

Upon registration submission, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your desire to be registered as a member of www.LetsGetSomeTraffic.com (Double Opt-In). You must follow the directions in that e-mail within 14 days, or your account will be deleted. We may, at our option, resend the confirmation e-mail if we see you have not responded: but this is not required by us. If you have not received our confirmation, please write to us through the site's contact/support tab, and let us know. We will resend the confirmation e-mail to you right away.

In order for you to receive your 'join' bonus credits and for your account to be considered FULLY activated: You must surf a minimum of 50 sites in order to get your sign-up bonus.

Once fully activated your referrer will also receive their bonus credits for referring you.

ONCE AGAIN - IF YOU DO NOT fully activate your membership within 14 days, then it will be assumed that you are not interested in remaining with the site; and you understand that we may remove you from the Site without further notice

§ 5.0 - Account Maintenance

In order to maintain an account here at LetsGetSomeTraffic.com, you must complete the signup proceedures as listed above. After that, you need to adhere to the followwing rules to keep your account in good standing:

• You agree that the information that you supplied to us is true & accurate
• You agree that if any part of your PII or other information supplied to us changes, you will notify us immediatly of such change. This includes your full name and e-mail address
• You acknowledge that you can change your name and e-mail address directly from your member's section. If for some reason, you are not able to login: you agree that you will contact us immediatly so we can make the appropriate changes for you; and to assist you in regaining access to the site.
• You agree that you will login and surf at least one site every month.
• You agree that if you don't visit the site at least once a month, your account will put in inactive status. We may attempt to contact the our inactive members (though we are not required to do so), to let them know of their status.
• You agree that if you have not visited the site within 1 week of being put on inactive status, we may delete your account.
• You further agree that if your account is deleted for inactivity, you will loose any and all credits in your account; and all sites, banners and hotlinks will also be deleted.

If you have upgraded to a premium membership (Gold or Platinum level): you will be considered "active" so long as the term of your upgrade (monthy, annually or other). Premium memberships do not need to login and surf (though it is still recommended) in order to keep active.

Should your premium membership get cancled for any reason, and you return to a basic membership: you will be expected to login and surf as outlined above.

§ 6.0 - Prohibited Sites

The following list of items are prohibited from this site. Any infraction of these rule may lead up to and including having your membership cancled, all credits, banners sites and links erased; and no refunds given for monies paid. This list is just an short list, and is not exhaustive...nor should it be considered all inclusive. If you should have any questions on whether or not a site is acceptable: please contact the webmaster by creating a Support Ticket to discuss your needs.

• YOU WILL NOT link to or otherwise cause to have displayed any Sites Pornographic in Nature, or of other Adult content ANYWHERE on the Site.
• YOU WILL NOT link to or otherwise cause to have displayed any Racial or Hate sites or topics; or sites with Vulgar Language, Warez, Illegal Content, and Violence ANYWHERE on the site.
• Additionally, websites will NOT be accepted here if they contain any of the following: Pop-Ups or Pop-Unders; The ability to break out of frames; virus or script downloads (including i-frame PPC sites)

YOU WILL NOT open multiple browser windows to surf. The reason that people join a surfing site is to get exposure to their various sites and offers; and opening multiple windows pretty much means that you are not ever going to really look at their sites. And that wouldn't be right.. after all, you want them to look at your site(s), right?

If you are caught cheating this way (or any other way), you understand that (subject to the severity, frequency of your cheating) we may (at our option) suspend or cancel your membership: and your sites/banners will be deleted; and you will forfeit any and all monies paid for advertising. Additionally, we may also ban your e-mail account & or IP address from further registrations on this site. Its only right after all.

You also understand that the speed of all Traffic Exchange Sites can be effected by the number of sites in their Database. Should your account show a negative balance and no activity for a period of more than 1 month, the administrators will assume that you have abandoned your account; and remove it keep the active member surfing at the best possible speed. (see also: § 5.0 - Account Maintenance)

This site is owned, hosted and operated in the United States of America. As such, the language and content of this site is in English. Therefore, all sites submitted here should have the majority of their site in the English language. By majority, we mean not less than 80% of the site should be written in English.
If you have audio with spoken dialog, it too must be in English.
If you have a foreign site, or are from a foreign country (outside of the USA); and your site has an English translated page: you must use that page. You can provide links to other language based sites; as long as the site listed here is in English.

Membership is not required to advertise on this site. All advertisers ads must adhere to the same requirements as set forth in this agreement. ALL ads will be manually verified to assure that they meet our standards prior to becoming active on our site. Any ads not adhering to our standards will be refused; and all monies paid will be refunded. If possible, we will attempt to give you the chance to correct any minor infractions before we remove your ad from our system.

Payments for any advertising, credit purchases or upgrades (not including donations) are expected immediatly; or at very least within 24 hours of the request.

If payment has not been received in that time, we will delete your ad or upgrade immediatly. Repeated abuse will have your IP address banned, as well as any e-mail addresses associated with the ad.

If you are a member, then your account may be subject to suspension or deletion, without any recourse.

If you cannot make a payment for any reason within the timeframe stated; you must contact us immediatly to give explanation; and to avoid any possibility of further adverse action.

We currently accept PayPal™, AlertPay™ & SafePay Solutions™ for your payments to us. Not all payment processors are available for all transactions. The accepted payment buttons will be displayed as appropriate.

There will be NO refunds for upgrades and/or purchases. All sales are final.

THIS IS NOT A MONEY/CASH EXCHANGE, PTV, PPC or any other type of site where you will get paid to do any type of action. Prizes will be given out in the form of either credits, advertising or upgrades to your account (or any combination of these).

Any dollar amounts expressed are for illustrative purposes only in order to relate an approximate value of a particular prize. Prizes do not have a cash value; nor can they be exchanged, sold, traded or bartered for a particular cash equivalent.

We may, at our option, run a promotion for a cash prize. If we do this, there may be additional requirements for both participation in the promotion; as well as for claiming the prize. Any prize that is awarded (cash or otherwise), and the resulting tax liability (if any), are the sole responcibility of the member/winner. We may require a signed tax form from any winners prior to the dispursement of any monies.

If any part of this agreement is found to be illegal, for the sake of the site, the rest of this agreement will stand on it's own, and be fully enforceable.

We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement at any time: with or without notice. We will attempt to post notice of the changes both on this site, as well as our blog at http://bce-lgst.blogspot.com/. However, it is still YOUR responsibility to check out these terms from time to time as they may change without notification.
